Preparing for the “Double Rainbow Double Weave” workshop with Jennifer Moore. Winding this warp out of 5/2 mercerized cotton from Ashford. It’s wound with four colours held together at the same time and will be used for the upcoming Double Rainbow workshop at the end of November.
I’m in love with this selection of cotton weaving yarns right now. The colours are BRIGHT, FUN and FABULOUS!! So far, I’ve used it for woven samples with the 5/2 cotton in double weave blocks as well as using it for supplementary weft in overshot patterns. It’s been easy to handle and the colours are happy and clear.
